Description

Our children are lucky to grow up surrounded by farm life, and we want to share that experience with you too. Lambing time is one of the most exciting moments of the year, and this Easter we’re opening the Farm Shed so local families can get up close with our animals.

If you’re looking for a unique, hands‑on activity for your children, this is the perfect experience.

What’s included

Each paying child ticket includes:

  • 1 adult entry
  • 1 lamb with its own bottle to feed
  • Plenty of cuddles and photo opportunities

If an adult would also like to feed a lamb, please add an extra ticket. If you’re bringing additional adults who don’t need a lamb or bottle, please select an Additional Adult ticket. Space in the lambing shed is limited, so we ask families to keep numbers sensible.

About the experience

This is a real, working farm. The ground can be muddy and uneven, so please dress appropriately. During your hour‑long session, you’ll be able to:

  • Bottle‑feed your own lamb
  • Learn about other farm animals
  • Ask as many questions as you like — we love sharing farm life
  • Other small farming related fun activities
  • Lots of hand washing facilities

This is our second year welcoming the public into the Farm shed, and we’re genuinely excited to share this special time with you.

If you’d like to visit when the spinning and weaving guild are here for demonstrations, just ask — we’re waiting for their confirmed dates.
